This will give you enough time to provide all the necessary information for your booking to the travel agent and pay your deposit to secure your room and flight.

A non refundable deposit of $150.00 per person is due by April 1st, 2025, this reserves your flights and your room. However we encourage everyone to book as sooner if possible.

Of Course! We chose an extremely family friendly resort, there is RIULand located at RIU Dunamar, a large waterpark, splash pad, kids club and more!

Yes, it is an all inclusive resort! All your food and beverages are included. There are some extra's that you may want to add on such a motorized water sports, excursions, or spa treatments. We also have the perk of utilizing RIU Dunamar located next door. They have the "DISCO" and Neon/White party on Wednesdays. Dunamar hosts more of the Lively events. You really get two all inclusive hotels for the price of one! There is also a pool party located at RIU Caribe which we have free access to and free transportation. There will be a few events before and after the wedding day such as a welcome party, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and a farewell brunch. However non of these are mandatory they are simply there if anyone wants to hang out with the group. This is your vacation and we want you to enjoy your time! You will receive a formal invitation if you have RSVP'd yes and provided a deposit approximately three months before the wedding day. This will have a more detailed timeline of the wedding day while also outlining planned events throughout the week.

Yes! We really did our best to appeal to both family and couples, or singles. There are two adults only pools with swim up bars, and one restaurant is 18+ only.

Yes, However we can not guarantee the group rate, or that you will be in our room block. February is high season and Cancun is a very popular destination. You may need to travel on alternate days. We do need a final head count for the resort no later then 3 weeks before arriving.

Yes, you can stay next door, however there are a few things to consider. It will cost you approximately $70 US for a day pass per person to come over to the Palace if you wanted to hang out with the rest of the group. It will also cost you extra $110 US to attend the wedding per person. On top of this we have to have 80% of our guests staying at Palace Costa Mujeres per their wedding policy, therefore the max number of people we can have staying off the resort is 10 (using our rough estimate of 50 people this can fluctuate because our numbers are only an estimate. Therefor if we only have 40 people and 10 staying off the resort then only 8 can come the wedding and 2 can no longer attend even if they pay)
